Patterson Park has two playgrounds, two baseball diamonds, plenty of parking, a walking track around the perimeter of the park. There is also a covered pavilion with picnic tables for family picnics. At the entrance to the park there is a Veteran's Memorial with benches, a cannon and a eternal flame.
